Wells Point is located in Pflugerville and is sandwiched in between Olympic Drive, Heatherwilde Blvd., Pecan Street West and Smoke Signal Pass. The neighborhood was built from the mid 1980’s through the early 2000’s. It has homes from under 1000 square feet to over 4000 square feet. Likewise, prices range from just over $100,000 to over $250,000. Therefore, square feet prices are very reasonable for the area. You can get anything from three to six bedrooms with two to three bathrooms. There is something for everyone wishing to live in this area.
